Ingredients

  • 250 gmpaneer
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1 tspchopped ginger
  • 1green chilli
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tspdegi mirch
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspkitchen king masala
  • 10kaju
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add kaju and roughly chopped tomatoes

  3. 3

    Saute and add ginger

  4. 4

    After 5 minutes off the gas

  5. 5

    Cool and grind it

  6. 6

    Put in the pan

  7. 7

    Season with salt and all masalas

  8. 8

    Add 2 cup water

  9. 9

    When boil add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes

  10. 10

    Garnish wuth fresh cream or malai
