Take Gatta ingredients mix them all make a dough.Give the shape with the help palm in round and cut them,heat water in a pan put the round Gatta and cook till they are soft.

When Gatta's are soft,take out from water and let them dry after that fry them in oil in medium flame till golden and little crisp.Take out all and keep aside.

For gravy-Make puree of tomatoes- with green chilli and cashewnut seperately.Take a pan add oil to it add dry spices after roasted, now add tomato puree cook till oil leaves the side,now add cashewnut puree and cook add all masala's and cook for few minutes.

Add water to it and cook now add Gatta's and cook till the gravy is thick and Gatta's are little soft.After that add cream and garam masala mix properly off the flame and enjoy.

Note-I added the water which was left after boiling Gatta's in the gravy,it brings better taste to it or you can skip also..
