Ingredients

1 cupcashew nuts, soaked in cold water overnight (or they can soak for an hour in hot water)
1/2 cupnut milk
2 tbspmaple syrup
3 tbspmelted coconut oil
1-2 tbsplemon juice
1 tspvanilla extract
2 tbspfreeze-dried raspberries
2 tbspcacao powder

Steps

Drain the cashews and put in a blender.

Add everything else to the blender. And blend until creamy and smooth. (I decided to add the cacao at the last minute... that’s why the colour changes!)

Freeze for a an hour or two and then it’s ready to use 😁 Next time i’d add some fresh raspberries on the side/ as decoration.
