Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGreated Paneer
  2. 1/2 cupBoil smashed potato -
  3. Salt & sugar as per your taste
  4. 1 tbspgreen chili chopped
  5. 2 tbspCornflour -
  6. Chopped cashew nuts & almonds - 1tbp
  7. 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  8. 1 tspginger chopped
  9. 1 cupChopped onion -
  10. 1/2 cupChopped Tomato
  11. Oil for fryin
  12. 1 tbspcashew nuts
  13. 1 tbspChili Powder -
  14. 1 tspTurmeric Powder -
  15. 1 tspCumin powder -
  16. 1 tspCoriander powder -
  17. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder -
  18. 1 tbspDry fenugreek leaves -
  19. 1 tbspFresh cream -
  20. 2/3 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add greated paneer,boiled mashed, chopped ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, cashew nuts, almond, cornflour,salt & mix well.

    Then make koftas.

  3. 3

    Heat some oil,when oil is hot,add koftas & fry on medium flame,& fry till the koftas turn golden brown & crisp.

  4. 4

    Take it out from the kadai.

  5. 5

    In a frying pan heat some oil.

  6. 6

    Add cumin seeds,cinnamon,cloves & green cardamon & fry for 1/2mins.

  7. 7

    Then add chopped onion salt & fry well.

  8. 8

    Next add chopped tomato, ginger,garlic & fry another 3/4mins.

  9. 9

    Then add cashew nuts & stir well.

  10. 10

    Now add all masala,little water & stir well, & continue cooking for 2/3mins.

  11. 11

    Now masala is ready, now puree the masala in a mixing jar & blend well.

  12. 12

    In the same frying pan add blended masala & water mix well, & cook another 3/4mins.

  13. 13

    Add salt, sugar as per your taste & mix well. & Cook for 2mins.

    Next add garam masala powder & fenugreek leaves

  15. 15

    Then add fresh cream, mix well.

  16. 16

    Next switch off the flame then add koftas & mix carefully.

    Malai korta curry is ready to serve with naan.
