  • 2eggs
  • enough onion
  • 1tomato
  • 2serrano or jalapeño peppers
  • enough oil or bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the eggs sunny side up.

  2. 2

    Separately, dice the onion, tomato, and pepper.

  3. 3

    In a pan, sauté the tomato, onion, and pepper. Add salt to taste and a bit of chicken bouillon.

  4. 4

    Once the sauce is ready, pour it over the sunny side up eggs and enjoy!
