Ingredients

20 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 1/2 bottlegourd grated
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1hand full whole cashew-raisins
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan add grated gourd

  2. 2

    Add salt and saute till it is dry

  3. 3

    Now add milk and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    As it is soft add sugar and cashew-raisins

  5. 5

    Boil well to a thicker consistency
