  • 1/ 2 kg omena
  • 3large tomatoes
  • 1large onion
  • 1green pepper
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • Pinchsalt
  • Bunchcoriander
  • 2crushed garlic and ginger

    Wash your omena in hot water and then boil it for 30 mins

  2. 2

    In a sufuria heat the oil and add the onion

  3. 3

    Add the omena, salt and any other spice of your choice and then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 3 mins and then add some water

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali and steamed cabbage
