Firstly wash the potatoes & brinjal

Cut the brinjal in four sides

Now take a bowl.put in salt.red chilli powder.garammasala.turmeric powder.coriander powder..mix well

Put this half masala in cut brinjal...

Take a pan.heat the oil.now put brinjal in it..

Fry the brinjal till crispy

Off the flame..

Now heat the oil..add chopped tomato.add green chilli chopped..for 2 minutes..

Add turmeric powder, add taste to salt, add red chilli powder..mix it well.now add potato piece in it for 10 minutes..at low flame, whn potato is being soft..add fried bringal in it.. add garam masala

Serve it with chapati or parantha..
