Ingredients

  1. 100 gmbowl besan
  2. 1 tspred chilli powder
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1 pinchhaldi
  5. 1/2 tspmango powder
  6. 2 tspchopped coriander
  7. 1-2green chillies
  8. 1/2 tspAjwain
  9. 1chopped onion
  10. as neededRefined oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl pour water and make a paste without lumps

    In a non-stick pan pour 1-2 tsp refined oil and put besan better into the pan

  3. 3

    Shallow fry from both sides till it cook
