  • 2onion
  • 2tomato
  • 1/2 tspGarlic paste
  • 1/2 TSPturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • leavesFresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast brinjal on a low flame with all sides

    Take a pan heat oil and add chopped onion, when onion get golden brown add tomatoes and garlic paste

  3. 3

    Add all spices and continue stir it for medium flame 5 to 10 mins

    Off the flame add fresh coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Ready to serve
