Steps

Cut parwal in two pcs. Merinated it with salt and turmeric for 15-20 min.

Heat a pan add 2-3 tbl spoon mustard oil. Fry the parwal.

Add some oil in the same pan. Add dry red chilli and whole garam masala. After 1 min add ginger garlic paste and stir if needed add little bit of water. After 2 mins add onion paste stir well.

After 5 mins add poppy seed paste, curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder mix well.

When the oil separated from the masala add 1 cup of water, fried parwal,salt,sugar.mix well and Cover it.

After 5-6 mins put the gas off. Dahi parwal is ready to serve.
