Peel and mashed potatoes

Add salt,garam masala,red chilli powder and mango powder

Mix well

Cut upper part of tomatoes and take out the seeds

Stuff the potato mixture into tomato shells

Make a thick batter with gram flour,salt,carom seeds and water

Dip stuffed tomatoes in this batter and deep fry in hot oil

Peel onions and garlic

Boil onion and garlic in boiling water until it turn soft

Make a smooth paste of it

Heat 2 spoon oil in a pan

Add cloves and cardamom

Add onion paste and saute until it turn dry

The colour of onion should not change so that saute on low flame

Add cashew paste and stir for 2 minutes

Add cream and cook until it leaves oil

Add milk,salt,black pepper powder and salt

Boil for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame

For serving cut kofta into halves and dip into hot gravy

Serve with naan or rice
