Wash,cut & boil spinach leaves (paalak) keep aside. Wash and chopped french beans, boil with green peas(matar)...keep aside. Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic paste.

In mixer jar add chopped onion and boiled spinach leaves.. grind to smooth mixture.. keep aside.

In kadhai add & heat oil,do tempering of cummin seeds..add green chillies, ginger and garlic paste...saute for 30 secs...add spinach and onion mixture,add garam masala and salt mix & simmer for 1 min.

Add boiled peas, french beans.,paneer cubes and mix well. Cook for few mins.

Serve hot paalak matar paneer with hot parathas /naan/ kulcha.
