Fry the sausage in a little olive oil soraued on

Have the Belly pork slowly Roasting in the oven for 3/4 of an hour on 150. Higher it after that time for a further 10 minutes turn them all over

Part boil the potatoes then add a little oil and Roast when the belly pork is done

Add the cabbage and peas to cook near the end

Boil the carrots

Make the gravy with a little of the juice the belly pork was roasting in with 2 beef stock cubes and 1 Chicken add to 1 pint of water add the meat juice and mix.

Take the sausage out the pan when cooked add the onions fry until opaque. Then add the gravy. Thicken later when ready with the corn flour.

Add the onions then gravy stir in.

Add the onions to a saucepan and add the beef n chicken gravy to it.

Gravy done just warm up when needed
