  • 1/2 kgbeef meat
  • Potatoes
  • Tomatoes
  • Dania
  • Pepper
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Ginger powder
  • 1onion
  • 2 piecesgarlic
  • Fresh fry oil

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    Cut onion, garlic and add some ginger powder into a pan

  2. 2

    Add fresh fry oil and salt and cook to golden brown

  3. 3

    Add meat and cook.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and peeled potatoes and let them cook

  5. 5

    Add some water. When it boils add dania and pepper for flavour

  6. 6

    Serve hot
