  1. 1/2 kgbeef meat
  2. Potatoes
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Dania
  5. Pepper
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. Ginger powder
  8. 1onion
  9. 2 piecesgarlic
  10. Fresh fry oil

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    Cut onion, garlic and add some ginger powder into a pan

  2. 2

    Add fresh fry oil and salt and cook to golden brown

  3. 3

    Add meat and cook.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and peeled potatoes and let them cook

  5. 5

    Add some water. When it boils add dania and pepper for flavour

  6. 6

    Serve hot
