Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat-Rice
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. 3 tspOlive oil
  5. 2 tspgaram masala
  6. 1 tsprosted sesame
  7. 2 tsprosted cashew
  8. 1 tspfinely chopped ginger
  9. 1 tspfinely chopped green chillies
  10. 2 tspfinely chopped fresh coriander
  11. 1 tspcurry leaves
  12. 2 cupschopped fresh carrot, cabbage,beans and peas
  13. 1/2 cuppomegranate seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add water,1 tsp salt,1 tsp oil heat in a medium flame for 5 minutes,now add wheat_rice,let it cook for 15 minutes.

    Now drain the water,keep the rice aside.

  3. 3

    In a kadhai,heat it then put the remaining oil,add chopped ginger and green chillies saute it for 2 minutes,now add curry leaves and the veggies,cook for 10 minutes.

    Add the boiled rice, garam masala powder,salt and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the sesame powder, chopped coriander leaves, cashew and pomegranate seeds.

    The wheat-rice pullav is ready now, serve hot with raita.
