Firstly boiled potato and peel it mash and add salt,red chilli powderand garam masala

Now cut capsicum in 4 pieces fill with potato

Now take a pan add oil heat it now add fill capsicum fry till becomes brown

Now add all potato and fry again till becomes crispy

Serve it with Chapatti
