  • 1large cauliflower
  • 2 tspcurry powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • Dasholive oil
  • Cupgrated Pecorino Romano

Steps

    Preheat the oven to 180c

  2. 2

    Slice the cauliflower and place in a baking tray

    Season with curry powder, cumin, salt, pepper and olive oil. Roast for 15mins at 180c

    Remove from the oven and scatter grated Pecorino Romano on top and roast for more mins.
