Ingredients

1hour 30 minute
7 servings
  • 1 litreMilk
  • 250 gmPlum jearry
  • 300 gmBeet root
  • 3-4Ellachi
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 3-4 tspGhee
  • 6-7 tspLemon juice

Steps

1hour 30 minute
  1. 1

    Take a kodai add ghee,add bay leaves,beet roots(cut into small pieces).

  2. 2

    Salute it for 5 minutes after that add milk stir till it's thick and remove it.

  3. 3

    Keep it normal temperature.

  4. 4

    Take another kodai add milk and stir well.

  5. 5

    Stir it till it's thick add lemon juice.

  6. 6

    Again Stir it.

  7. 7

    Again add lemon juice litbit

  8. 8

    Add jaggery and stir well.

  9. 9

    Now it's almost complete it.

  10. 10

    Add ghee and remove it.

  11. 11

    Make shape like pictures.

  12. 12

    Serve it middle heart milk cake.

  13. 13

    You can keep it in a fridze also,thank you.
