  1. 2small banana stem chopped
  2. 1 tspnigella seeds
  3. 3-4green chillies chopped
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. To tastesalt and sugar
  6. As neededoil
  7. 3slitted green chillies

    Steam the chopped stem

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add stems and saute well

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  5. 5

    On high heat stir fry it adding salt and turmeric powder
