Steps

Take a non-stick pan & add besan & 2-3 spoon ghee....fry it by stiring it regularly.

When it gives light pink colour add 2-3 more spoon of ghee and fry it...

When it gives a best smell & becomes brown colour add 1 tblsp of water

When we add water bubble will come in besan & it will increase the taste of ladoo

Fry the besan until the bubble gets removed from it.....

When the bubbles get removed off the flame & the besan will become like a thick substance (paste)

Take it out in a plate & make it cool....

When it becomes slightly cool....add sugar, cardamom powder and coconut Bura and mix it well with besan

Now the material is ready.... now make round shape ladoo according to your shape & size

Now garnish the ladoos with pistachio...

Now your besan ladoos are ready.... when it becomes dry & strong, you can store it in an air tight container

You can store it for 2-3 months
