Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupsamak rice
  2. 2 tbspsabudana
  3. to tasteSendha namak/ rock salt
  4. For stuffing:
  5. 4boil potatoes
  6. 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
  7. 2chopped green chillies
  8. as neededSome chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  10. to tasteSendha namak /rock salt
  11. as neededLittle ghee for tempering
  12. as neededGreen chutney for serving

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix samak rice and sabudana and grind in to powder. Add water and salt to make very thin batter and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in pan and mustard seeds salt turmeric powder green chillies boil potatoes and mix well. Add coriander leaves and switch off the flame

  3. 3

    Now heat induction tawa and brush some ghee on it. Spread the dosa batter after mixing it properly.

  4. 4

    Cook from both the sides till completely done. Keep some potato stuffing on it and roll.

  5. 5

    Serve with green chutney
