Ingredients

  1. gramsBoiled green
  2. Onion chopped
  3. Garlic minced
  4. Carrot finely chopped
  5. Capsicum finely chopped
  6. Oil for frying
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. White pepper (optional)
  9. Curry powder
  10. Tomatoes chopped
  11. Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry onions in oil, add garlic and sauté. Add carrots and capsicum and sauté for a few mins. Add tomatoes and cook until tender

    Add boiled green grams and stir to mix well. Add about a cup of water, season with salt white pepper and curry powder. Allow to simmer for some time

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and serve with rice or chapatti
