Ingredients

  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupbesan(gram flour)
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspdhaniya / coriander powder
  • 1 tspJeera powder/cumin powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • Pinchhing/asafoetida
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspaamchur powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix both the flour together. Add all the ingredients except chat masala and make a tight dough.

  2. 2

    Apply little oil and knead it properly.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadhai and roll the ball in between your palms in an elongated shape. Fry till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle chat masala powder and serve.
