Oven-Baked Chicken Shawarma Skewers

Marinate the shawarma a day in advance. If the onion is small, wrap it in foil.

Preheat the oven 15 minutes before cooking. Place the lemon slices and water in the oven and leave for two hours at 400°F (200°C).

I wrapped it in parchment paper, then foil. After an hour, remove the foil and parchment paper and let it brown.
