Take lassi in a open bowl add besan,salt,turmeric powder and some quantity of water and blend it well

Boil dis when the bubbles up now sim the flame fr half an hour

Another side cook vegetables masalas cut potato, onion,and ginger paste in to small pieces and add all dry masals cook it well

Now add vegetables gravy in to the boiled kadhi and mix it well now garnish wth the help of coriander leaves..and garam masala

Our punjabi kadhi is ready to serve
