For khuska(boil water add ghee and whole garam masala once the water is boiled add the basmati rice and cook till the rice becomes soft drain the water and keep the pulav on tawa to cook properlyithen add the food colour dissolved in rose water.

For korma-heat oil add onion fry till they turn brown then add ginder garlic paste,coriander and cumin powder,add meat then add ginger garlic, red chill powder and curd add water and salt cook until water reduce and the meat becomes tender then add bay leaf and potatoes saute for a while and pressure cook it until done.

For fish head-add red chilli powder turmeric and salt marinate for half and hour and then fry in hot oil.
