In a pan add maida,ghee,milk,sugar mix well

Then cook on slow flame till mixture become lumpy and leave the pan

Then add yellow colour and mix well

Now put the mixture on foil paper

Put another foil paper on it and role it 2_3 times with rolling pin

Then sprinkle cardamom powder and sliced almond then role it again till thin like roti

Then cool it for 3 hours on normal temperature

Then cut into square pieces

Then serve it and enjoy Yummylicious ice halwa
