Ingredients

  • Milk 1cup(warm)
  • 4 TbspSugar
  • 3eggs
  • Vanilla essence
  • 2 cupsself raising flour

    In a bowl put the warm milk and beat the eggs to mix well,add the vanilla

  2. 2

    In another bowl mix the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients to the dry and mix all till smooth, the batter is heavy than that of pancakes, when scooped can be cut,not dripping when scooped.

    Let batter rest 20 mins.

  4. 4

    Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a pan,using a spoon that's hollowed scoop batter and pour constantly at at one place, repeat according the size of your pan,you can cook from 3-5 at a time.

    Heat should be moderate in order to cook inside well and fluffy.

    When sides begin to brown carefully turn the other side to cook.In order to be sure that its well cooked from inside,press it hard if not cooked batter will come out from the sides, if fluffy and no batter its cooked.remove and repeat the rest of batter the same till finished. Enjoy.
