Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  • 1 tsppineapple essence
  • 11/2tblspooon drinking chocolate
  • 1 cupcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix oil and sugar and then add the eggs.I used kienyeji eggs.

  2. 2

    Keep stirring until its well combined,add the milk and keep on stirring

  3. 3

    Add in the flour and baking powder, mix well, prepare them

  4. 4

    Prepare your jiko,,and bake for 30 _40minutes,enjoy with your favorite drink
