Banana bread/Cake
Steps

Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add in eggs one by one as you cream, add in vanilla essence and lemon zest.

In a clean separate bowl, sieve all your dry ingredients.

Add in mashed bananas in batches to your butter cream and cream further followed by butter milk, Now gently fold in your dry ingredients then transfer to a greased loaf tin/ baking tin and bake at 160C for 45-55 min.

Once baked, transfer to a cooling rack and let cool completely before serving. I love it with white coffee.
