Farali special dhokla which is used in fasting and it's a law calorie food item which is easy to digest and can be made with few ingredients.
Steps

Mix kutti daro and curd and add some water.soak for 4-5hrs.

Add grated bottle guard or grated potato in it

Add green chilli ginger paste, sendha salt,cumin.

In a plate add this batter by applying oil or ghee.

Steam it for 20-30 min.

Now let it cool and cut it.

Turn dhokla in plate and steam it again for 5min for cooking backside of dhokla which may be soft as liquid so it will be cook perfectly both the side.

After 5 min remove dhokla from steamer.

Now temper it.take ghee in small pan add cumin,curry leaves and apred it on dhokla.

Garnish with coriander (optional).

Serve it with peanut curd chutney.or coriander chutney.
