Ingredients

  • 6unripe bananas
  • 10sized Irish potatoes
  • 2red tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • Capsicum
  • Coriander
  • Frying oil
  • 1 tbssalt
  • Cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop your bananas and Irish potatoes and wash the banana using maize flour.

  2. 2

    Prepare your, tomatoes, onions, capsicum and the coriander in a separate plate.

  3. 3

    To the sufuria add the frying oil and heat. Add the onion and the capsicum and heat till brown. add your tomatoes and stir.

  4. 4

    Add the banana and the Irish potatoes and one cup of water. add the salt and you cover the sufuria to boil for ten minutes, add your coriander and leave to simmer for 3 minutes.

  5. 5

    You can now prepare your tea and serve your breakfast. very healthy meal.
