Mawa almond jugalbandi

Almond gives a nice bind with mawa/khoya to form a good sweet for #dussehra
Steps

Heat up 3tbsp ghee in a kadhai.

Add chenna.Stir well.

Add sugar and stir well in low flame.

Pour SAFFRON soaked in milk.

Add elaichi powder and almond powder.

Now rest it for 5minutes to cool.

Heat up 3tbsp ghee in kadhai.

Add mawa and saute well.

Add cashew powder and cook well.

Now make small balls with this mixture of mawa.

Take good quantity of chenna mix on hand.

Stuff this small mawa ball inside every chenna ball.

Now roll this laddu on grated mawa and almond flakes.

Garnish with pistachio powder and saffron strands from top for garnishing.

Serve when cold.
