Steps

Sift dry ingredients together in mixer bowl.

Whisk wet (through vinegar) ingredients together in bowl. Mix well.

Slowly add wet ingredients to dry, mixing well

Pour into 3 9" pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Icing

Cream butter and cream cheese until smoooth and well blended.

Add vanilla and mix well

Add powdered sugar a little at a time mixing well.

Assembly

Put one cooled cake layer on plate. Top with 1/2 c icing, spreading within 1/2" of edges. Repeat with other layers.

Finish by icing the sides. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
