400 gm Dry Apricot
80 gm Khoya
50 gm Potato
05 gm Green Cardamom powder
10 gm white pepper powder
To Taste- salt
05 gm crush Black pepper
15 gm finally chop ginger
10 gmfinally chop green chilli
10 gmfresh green coriander (finally chop)
30 gm Desi ghee
1 pinchchaat masala powder

Boiled potato and grated well..

Take khoya and grated, and finally chop Apricot..

Take a bowl mix with grated potato, khoya and all spices..

Make a small ball and stuff with dry Apricot..make a tikki

Take a non stick pan and heat the ghee and keep the tikki till golden colour until
