Ingredients

  • 400 gm Dry Apricot
  • 80 gm Khoya
  • 50 gm Potato
  • 05 gm Green Cardamom powder
  • 10 gm white pepper powder
  • To Taste- salt
  • 05 gm crush Black pepper
  • 15 gm finally chop ginger
  • 10 gmfinally chop green chilli
  • 10 gmfresh green coriander (finally chop)
  • 30 gm Desi ghee
  • 1 pinchchaat masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled potato and grated well..

    Take khoya and grated, and finally chop Apricot..

  3. 3

    Take a bowl mix with grated potato, khoya and all spices..

    Make a small ball and stuff with dry Apricot..make a tikki

    Take a non stick pan and heat the ghee and keep the tikki till golden colour until
