As a mom, making those easy and fast foods or snacks comes in handy. Pancakes are as easy to make as any easy recipe is concerned. They can be eaten for breakfast and packed as snacks for the kids to carry to school. I love making them because they are delicious and take little time to prepare.

Put the flour in a large enough bowl,add salt and sugar.

Add spices or flavours if using any. cinnamon, cardamom, lemon zest or vanilla essence. This is an optional. Do not use more than one spice of choice.

Mix the flour and spices then add milk and melted butter. Mix some more.

Add in water and mix, whisking it to a not so thick consistency.

Heat your pan and add a little cooking oil.

Pour mixture a little at a time on the pan. Wait until the top part shows air bubbles and flip to cook the other side.

When the pancakes turn to golden brown. Remove them from the pan and serve hot with a drink of your choice.
