Mix all ingredientes in a bowl and knead a soft dough using water...

Heat a nonstick tawa/pan... Spread some ghee on tawa... take a portion of dough...Place it on tawa... Wet ur palm with water...and flatten it in the shape of circle..

Make 4 -5 holes on taali peeth with finger and insert little bit of ghee in all holes.

Cook for 2 -3 mins..On low flame... then flip it...and cook from another side too.

When it turned golden brown in colour...Take it off.

Thaali peeth is ready... Serve with green chutney or curd.
