Ingredients

  1. 2 cupall purpose flour
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 cupCurd
  4. as neededWater
  5. 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil

  2. 2

    Knead a smooth dough andd keep it for 4 bours in a warm place

  3. 3

    If you want to make instant then add 1 tsp baking powder and kneadd with hot water

  4. 4

    Now take a ball size...roll it andd fry it in hot oil
