Firstly add chopped saag and palak to pressure cooker and also add 1/2 glass water ot it

Add salt,garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilli ot it

Now, pressure cooker with a tightly fitted lid and allow the food to cook quickly in steam make sure 6-7 whistles should be allowed for steaming it

Now take out this out and grind it with the help of grinder

On other side,take another pan in which firstly add desi ghee, then add jerra to it,now add chopped onions to it, till it becomes brown in shade

Now add chopped tomatoes, now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and also add water,stir it gently

Add grind saag to it stir it well under low flame for 2 min.

Finally,garnish desi saag with desi ghee and saag is ready to serve
