This is one of traditional snacks which prepared during Dussehra.
Steps

In a bowl take chana dal flour in this add asafoetida, cumin, ajwain,salt, 2 Tspn hot oil and chilli paste.

With help of water make a tight dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.

Now take a small ball of dough and make small size roti of it.

Now in a pan heat the oil and fry this roti (Targa). **For frying it's take very less time around 1-2 minutes so be careful while frying.

Remove Targa from oil.

Targa is ready to serve.😋😋😊
