I and my kids get bored just taking bread as it is. Even when power fails we want to have our bread toasted. This easy toast is always the answer. Especially as breakfast or a late night snack

Break eggs and add chopped onions pepper and salt.

Whisk and fry in heated oil in a frying pan. Set aside.

Put sliced bread in pan used for eggs,applying little pressure with a wooden spoon for about a minute.Turn to other side and do same. Serve with friend eggs sandwiched in the bread. Have with beverage or water.
