Ingredients

11/2 cupself raising flour
3eggs
11/4 cupmilk
1/4 cupsugar
1 tspcinnamon
1/4 cupoil
Pinchsalt

Steps

Beat the eggs, add the milk, oil and continue beating using a hand whisk

Add sugar, cinnamon, salt and stir until they dissolve in the mixture
3

Add in the flour and give it a good mix until it becomes to this
4

Using a 1/2 cup, I scooped the mixture into the pan
5

Used a nonstick pan, so I did not use any oil. spreads perfectly
