5-6 servings

400 gmtomato chopped
1/2 cupsugar
1/4 tspsalt
1 tspBengali five spices
1/2 tspturmeric powder
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper five spices

Add chopped tomato and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

As the tomatoes get soft add sugar and mix well

Boil till it gets desired consistency

Serve it cool at the end of a meal
