Ingredients

  • 4capsicum
  • 2boiled potato
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli as per taste
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 TSPfennel
  • 2tbsp oil

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix potato and all spices together make a stuffing

  2. 2

    Now make hole in capsicum stuff with stuffing and keep aside

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan add capsicum...cook on low flame till outer of caosicum get soft

  4. 4

    Serve with paratha roti
