Steps

Take a bowl & add rava, besan & watermelon juice to it. Mix well to form a lump less batter.

Add lemon juice & salt to taste.

Lastly add eno fruit salt to the batter & guve a gentle stir to it.

Grease a pan with oil & pour the batter into it. & place the pan in a steamer to cook for atleast 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes check with a fork to see if it is done.

In next step prepare tadka by heating up a pan. Add oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, slit greean chillies, sugar.

Add some water to it. & pour this over prepared dhokla. Garnish with chppoed coriander leaves. 😊
