Wash and soak the urad dal overnight and grind to a fine paste by adding very little water. The batter should be thick enough to make the vada. Beat the batter very well till light and fluffy. Add salt, and beat well again.

Now heat the oil...and put the batter with a round shape..if batter ball colour is brwown and remove the deep fried vadas.

And let them soak to 15-20 minutes in water

Now curd are mixed in the vadas...and to make stylish to put tha salt,chilli,cumin,pomegranate

Now it's ready to serve
