Ingredients

  • 4patato boiled
  • 2 tbspoil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cuptomato puree
  • Red chilli as per taste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1 tspcumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a vessel.add cumin saute it

  2. 2

    Now add tomato puree along with all spices

  3. 3

    Cook till oil leaves edges

  4. 4

    Now add potato with enough water

  5. 5

    Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve with poori
