Divide flour in 3 parts

In first part put the carrot juice, 1/2 tsp oil and 1/3 tsp salt and knead it in to a soft dough.

In second part put 1/3 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp oil& knead this too in a dough

In last part put turmeric,salt,water and knead it to dough

Keep aside covered for 10 minutes

Make round balls with each dough

Roll each dough and place it in each other.

Roll them together and cut the into 1 inch pinwheel.

Roll them again and make puris of it and fry them.(If you want to make the puris colourful you can use spinach purée or beetroot puree instead of turmeric powder.)
