Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add cardamom and rava (suji) and roast it well in simmer flame.Add melon seeds and roast for two minutes.

Add sugar and water in a pan.
Stir continuously till sugar is dissolved.
Leave it on low flame for 10 minutes to cook perfectly.Add raisins. - 4
Pour prepared sugar syrup in the roasted rawa mixture.Cook it on low flame until the mixture becomes solid and ghee comes on the top.

When ghee comes on top add mawa.
Stir well.Roast for 5-7 minutes.Switch off the flame. - 6
Dish it out. Garnish with nuts.Rava-Mawa halwa is ready to eat. ENJOY!!
